Does it have something to do with Bobby? He's in each one of these episodes, and he saved them, or at least Dean, in each one. And he's in each of the pictures - in the first one Dean is talking to him on the phone, in the second one he's in Bobby's house, and in the third one Bobby is in the room with them.

If it's not Bobby it must be Meg. She was possessing Sam, she was one of the 'Witnesses', and she showed up in the hotel room with her goons.

Actually, I don't think there's EVER been an episode that had only one of them in it. The other one always had at least a camoe appearance.
