My mum has watched my steady decline of health the past year and thought perhaps some of it was to do with the amount of time I've been spending on the computer. She's a worrier, always has been, and I think she thinks I'm not engagin in the real world enough.
Still, I've had REALLY bad insomnia this past week and not coming on at night hasn't made the slightest bit of difference so I'm just going to remind her of that
