The "villagers" are technologically advanced people from various worlds, not just Earth. They would not be impressed by fireworks.

And this band of Lizards just migrated out of our area. They only come through twice a year for about 2 weeks each time - Spring and Fall. It's late Spring for us.

Um... why would the villagers help you? They hate the Military.

Because the sheirff supports the military, and since my character is freinds with the Sheriff, and Rhea's I think the sheriff wouldn't mind working with Rhea.

I don't know if its that they hate the military, but are distrustful, to be sure. We're trying to build a better relationship with them.
