hi everybody...

another new member, seems gateworld is the biggest stargate forum in the universe (unless the wraith are having a bigger one of which i'm not sure...)
ah...well. my name is yvette or short yvi, i'm from germany so please don't mind my english.
yeah, i have to admit i have been a fan of sg1 since season two was aired first in germany but when i heard of the spin-off atlantis i didn't want to watch it at first...stupid me. it was my boyfriend who made me love it, although he's a real guy who likes the fighting scenes and i'm the hopeless romantic shipper. unfortunately germany will have to wait until 2008 for season 3 to be aired

Hi, I'm Maeve. I'm new to the forum and have been a fan of Stargate since August but have caught up with all of SG1 that has been aired here in the USA and am working on catching up on Atlantis. (The lack of Atlantis season 2 DVDs is seriously hampering this quest.) I live in the Pacific Northwest and am an extreme night owl.=)

yes that sucks, but i try to get as much information and episodes from the internet, i need to catch up with season one too and i like fanfics pretty much, so it won't be boring (at least i hope so). btw: from what i experienced it's way better to watch the episodes in english...the german translation sucks!
