Yep, look at the post below Technowraith's, and you'll see the errant thread. I thought it'd be best to report it to restore the thread back to it's normal state.

You'll get your 2nd green blob at 100 points, you're third at 200 points etc. Once you get to 500 points, you get your first 'radioactive' block, and then after that,it's 200 points per readioactive block (except possibly the last one)

There is a maximum number of rep you can hand out in a 24-hour period. Problem, is, i never handed that much rep to find out.

I think it is around 10 and I also think that includes red. I know I did that a couple of times and it tool about 24 hours before I could green again.

Of course everything keeps changing so who knows.

I think it also depends on how much Rep you yourself have.
Like if you have a low rep count you can Green a lot ... If you have a high rep count you can only Green a little bit. I think that's because when you have a high rep count you give a lot of Green in one shot.
