How do you make a word a link

You click on the link button and type in your link it then comes up like this (but in square brackets)

(URL="http://tjh102.livejournal.com") http://tjh102.livejournal.com (/URL)
Change the middle bit to the word you want.... like so

(URL="http://tjh102.livejournal.com") My Live Journal (/URL)

And you get

My Live Journal

Actually, i was wondering that myself. I think it's like a rotation thing, since most people may still be used to old ones, and might still want to use the old ones.
