Sparky is on screen. Therefore, it is canon. Elizabeth is still out there. And John WILL bring her home.

I've been having aches in places I didn't even know I could have aches well into my 20ties.
      Downside of being so flexible.

On the brightside, I hardly ever break or rip anything either.

My back started to hurt when I was 20 and I'd had both my back surgeries before 30, so I hear you on that first part. Not so much on the second part. Do your joints ever get stuck out of place??

I just bought some Claritin-D, just in case.

This morning I have my pre-op meeting with the surgeon (surgery is next Wednesday). My sister will be coming with me, because I sometimes space out when doctors are giving me info. I think many people do that.

Oooh, that's the same day I go over for my annual eye exam! More medical fun for all! Good luck on your surgery, I'll be thinking of you when my eyes are dilated!

                  Funny you should ask...

If I rest my chin in my hand for too long -- thus pushing my jaw involuntarily to one side -- I risk dislocating it, which would basically mean either not being able to open my mouth or close it again. Yawning too wide has the same effect.

I have to tell the dentist that I can't "open wide" cause then I can't possible close it again.

I do know how to push it back into place though, which in itself doesn't hurt.

My shoulders occasionally make weird popping sounds, especially after playing bowling, which I assume is the joint clicking back into place.

I overstretch both elbows and knees.

I can rotate my feet outwards further than Charlie Chaplin -- balance issues aside.

I can bend my thumbs inside to my wrists.

My right wrist occasionally gives out which then means I am unable to put any weight on it.

I have a Nintendo thumb (left one) which basically means that over-exertion will lock it into place and then I have to force-bend it. That hurts by the way. I don't reccommend it.

I can bend most of my fingers almost 90° backwards.

I can cross my arms on my back like you would in front of your body.

I can cross my legs, not once but twice.

My hips occasionally threaten dislocation when I get out of bed. Those are fun times.

I mean... the list goes on...

                  I'm 43 years old people.

I saw a meme not so long which is very applicable:

I'm at the age where my mind firmly believes I'm 29, my humor suggests I'm 12, and my body possibly died in the civil war.

Thanks! Oh I hate that feeling after having your eyes dilated. Everything is way too bright!

Okay I'm stuck on the one I bolded. Whaaaaa?

And my goodness, that just sounds uncomfortable, at best and downright painful at worst. Yikes!!

I saw a variation on that just today, actually.
