    Possible character background anyone?

    Personally I think the thing with Young pushed her away, why she wanted to leave because he didn't want to leave his wife. Maybe she also has someone back home that she loves? Maybe she had hopes of becoming a doctor and the military was the stepping stone for it? Maybe she is a fan of The Simpsons?

      She needs further backround, but I think she is the most helpful female so far on Destiny.

        I like her well enough so far. I agree with whoever said she's been one of the most helpful characters so far, not that others haven't made their contributions.

                  I like her. She's my favourite female character on SGU and despite the lack of attention that Rush/Young/Eli/Chloe/Scott are getting I think she's been written well so far. She's very human, open-minded, non-judgemantal and full of warmth and yet strong and determined, so..what's not to like?
                  I just hope that the writers won't drop the ball with her like they did with Teyla, who also started out as this awesome character and finished as bland wallpaper.

                      I like her. So far she has only had a small role in most epsisodes, but when the writers use her, they use her well so she's not there just delivering stock lines as a sort of filler. And even if they did I suspect that the actor could make reading a telephone directory sound full of depth and drama
