I haven't noticed that either, he didn't wear exactly tight clothes at Comic Con. But I shall go through the horrible trouble, and look through more RC pictures.

He's always been skinny, I just think in SGU he looks less skinny due to the layers of clothes he wears. 2 shirts and a vest will do that...
