that earlier in the show, it was made clear that she also lost a love, that she somehow blames Snow for. So it's possible that the loss destroyed her, that if she can't have the one she loves, then no one else can. It became a revenge thing that she wanted everyone to suffer. Interesting to see the contrast of love lost from her perspective as well as the love Rumpy lost with Belle. One reacted vengefully, and the other reacted by burying it behind his facade of being a monster.

Do you think, when RC is doing OUAT that's all his real hair? Even when they curl it? I am on the fence about it, sometime it looks like it, sometimes not.

Nope. I believe the make up department is adding hair extensions to his hair to make it look fuller. The only time that I don't think they're adding any is when he's in character as Mr. Gold. RC has thin straight hair.
