Considering we have a team story (The Ark Of Truth) and a standalone (Continuum), I would like to see future stories be as mixed up a bit as possible, with old enemies/allies and new ones, as well as unfinished stories, and team/standalone.

      -The Nox
      -The Furlings
      -The Aschen
-The Trust/Kinsey (it's possible Goa'uld Kinsey survived, so they could make a film out of that)
      -Tollan Survivors
      -Skaara

      Possibilities are almost endless.

          Bored still...

          Spoiler:
(NOTE: This takes place between the Stargate SG-1 episodes "The Warrior" and "Menace".)

SG-1 returns from a rough mission offworld, and reports that a rebel Jaffa settlement has been wiped off the map by the forces of this mysterious new System Lord, Anubis. According to Jaffa intelligence, an orbital weapon was fired on the planet, annhiliating everything within a fifty-mile radius, and killing all life for another one-hundred miles. Needless to say, they're quite disturbed.

Knowing the team has been through a lot lately, especially with the recent revelation of a traitor (Imhotep) within the rebel ranks, General Hammond orders SG-1 to take some leave. Although Daniel and Carter protest that there's still much to do, Teal'c convinces them that "even the most steadfast warrior must take pause for breath and meal".

As Daniel sets off for his apartment to catalogue a few artifacts, O'Neill approaches Carter in her lab. He offers, once more, a fishing trip. Surprisingly, Carter accepts, saying that she'd be happy to get some fresh air. The two of them plan to set up a campsite in the Colorado countryside and settle down for the weekend. Teal'c, though invited, as well, declines. He claims to have important business to attend to on Chulak, and departs through the stargate.

At his apartment, Daniel sits down to a table full of interesting Goa'uld gadgets and gizmos, but he doesn't get very far in his work before he begins hearing things. Curious, he searches his house for a culprit, but comes up empty-handed. He returns to his desk, and is shocked; a Replicator is sitting there, slowly digesting a nearby lamp. Pulling out his pistol, Daniel shoots and destroys the bug, and rushes for the SGC.

While Jackson is busy informing General Hammond of his crisis, Carter and O'Neill are on the highway, heading out of the Colorado Springs area. But they don't get very far before Hammond calls and orders them to turn around and head back.

Once they arrive back at the SGC, Daniel explains what happened to him at his place. His teammates are stunned; no Replicators came through the stargate, so how did it arrive? The question is set aside when the gate activates, and the power goes out. When SG-1 (SG-1 will not refer to Carter, Daniel, and O'Neill) and Hammond get to the gate room, they find the iris open and an Asgard standing on the ramp. This is Forseti, the Asgard's primary representative to the Milky Way (it is explained that Thor only visits Earth due to his liking of it; usually, Forseti would be dispatched).

The female Asgard quickly explains that a recently-created scout ship the High Council had hoped could provide crucial reconnasaince for their war. But the Replicators were able to capture it as it was transported to Othalla, and the hijacked vessel fled for the Milky Way. The Asgard fleet gave chase, and destroyed it above Earth. She appologizes for not informing the SGC, but claims the High Council did not want to worry the humans, seeing as they blacked out Earth's satellites during the battle (Carter then recalls a short worldwide satellite blackout a few weeks before).

Apparently, one Replicator survived the ship's destruction and fell to Earth, where it sought out the one real threat to its kind; SG-1. Carter guesses that it hacked into a government computer terminal and discovered the homes of SG-1, and went after the closest, that being Daniel.

But that's not all Forseti has come to say. She urgently requests SG-1's presence in the Ida Galaxy, as the Asgard fleet has just suffered a major loss to the Replicators. Now they are moving toward Alfheim, the technological center of the entire Asgard domain. If they cannot find a way to stop the enemy advance, the Replicators will have access to everything the Asgard know, and will easily overrun them. Hammond agrees to let his team go, and orders them to get ready for combat. When they're ready, Forseti opens a wormhole to Ida, and they depart.

The four of them arrive on Alfheim, which turns out to be one of the more-populated planets of the Asgard; over fifty-million live here, many working on ways to solve their cloning problem. After a brief look at the stunning, and sprawling, cityscape, SG-1 is led to the Asgard Fleet's garrison on the planet, where they find Thor waiting for them. He's come with orders from the High Council to set up defenses around Alfheim and to hold it at all costs.

While Daniel and O'Neill join an Asgard officer in setting up automated machinegun turrets at strategic points around the city, Thor shows Major Carter how the war is progressing on a galactic scale. Just over a third of the galaxy is controlled by the Asgard Federation, with a full half under the strangle-hold of the Replicators. But there's another section of the galaxy, a neutral one, that Thor says is comprised of several dozen other intergalactic races, most of which were nearly wiped out by Replicator attacks.

The next few days go by in a blur. Carter and Thor set up strategic defenses around Alfheim, and an Asgard fleet arrives to defend the planet from orbit. But finally, the Replicators are detected approaching. They'll arrive in just under an hour, so SG-1 joins Thor aboard his flagship, the Samantha Carter (an O'Neill-class) to wait.

At long last, the Replicators drop out of hyperspace and engage the Asgard fleet. Their ships are varied, some being stolen Beliskners, some stolen Asgard science vessels, and some being the familiar Replicator warships. The ensuing battle lasts for five full minutes, with both sides trading numerous blows. But in the end, the Asgard are outmatched, and Thor's ship loses its shields. An emergency protocol is engaged, and the entire crew is beamed to the surface just as the ship explodes.

On the surface, the non-military Asgard populace is being evacuated through the stargate to Orilla. The evacuations began when the oribtal battle began, and now that it's been lost, have picked up even more. The Replicator ships descend and fire on the city, loosing a massive barrage, but a shield is raised over the area just in time. According to Thor, the shield should hold for three days, then the planet will be subjected to direct bombardment. But O'Neill doubts they'll have even that long; the Replicators are already sending down landing craft to a forest a few miles south of the city. They will no doubt be at the outer walls within hours.

Thor gathers the full Asgard military force (three-hundred Asgard soldiers, some in tank-like mechs and others on smaller bike-like ones. He's also gathered up one-hundred robotic drones.) on the planet and they set up a barricade at the only breach in the city's walls; a small gap that civilians can pass in and out of (Thor explains that his people never liked the idea of gates). SG-1 joins them, and they all prepare for combat.

With the enemy fleet still pounding at the shield, Daniel spots the first bug. It's crouching on a tree several hundred meters away. An Asgard tank opens fire, blowing the tree to smitherines, but the Replicator is merely knocked back. Then hundreds of them emerge from the forest, rapidly approaching from all sides. SG-1 fires, destroying many, and Asgard artillery bombards the forest from the city center. These plasma-based shells are able to destroy Replicators, as they have a metallic core, and manage to hold the tide of enemy forces.

During a small lull in combat, Thor orders an experimental set of tanks brought forward. These ones fire plasma-encased neutronium pellets, and will hopefully shred the Replicators. When the bugs attack again, they prove to be very effective, and can single-handedly hold off another few hundred Replicators. The Asgard cheer, relieved to finally see some of their weapons working against their foe.

But Thor knows that it is only a matter of time before the shield fails. Even if they can hold off the Replicator ground forces forever, they won't be able to withstand the orbital bombardment much longer. He and SG-1 dial Othalla and request a fleet be sent to assist them, but the High Council has nothing to send; the last fleet not being used for planetary defense was just sent to engage the Replicators on the edge of the galaxy.

The four of them return to the barricade, where another Replicator attack has been repelled. But now the bugs are learning, and are streaming over the walls at another point in the city. Asgard drone-fighters quickly race to the incursion site, firing the plasma-pellets that have proven so effective. But they are shot down after a moment by a Replicator anti-air gun (made of blocks, of course, and firing Replicator projectiles). Seeing no other choice, Thor orders an evacuation through the gate to Othalla, and sets the city's self-destruct device. As the Asgard forces fall back to the stargate complex, though, he and SG-1 are cut off and surrounded.

As more and more bugs swarm in, SG-1 tries to fight their way out, but it becomes clear they've lost. Just as they resign themselves to death, they're beamed into orbit by a newly-arrived Asgard fleet. Apparently, they were able to complete their mission ahead of schedule, and rushed to Alfheim to assist. They stay just long enough to beam out the Asgard that had not escaped through the stargate, then jump into hyperspace. As they vanish, the planet's self-destruct goes off. Alfheim, and all the Replicator ships and bugs, are destroyed.

In the end, SG-1 and Thor meet with Forseti on Othalla. Apparently, Asgard forces have won major victories across the galaxy, but the loss of Alfheim, and its advanced technology, has made those victories seem much less than what they are. Regardless, Thor thanks SG-1 for their assistance, and assures them the war will continue... until one side is no more. The team returns to Earth through the gate, leaving the Ida Galaxy, and their weary allies, to its war.

How about Jack retiring, nipping to Atlantis to go see Sam, something big kicks off, jack saves the day but gets stuck in a damaged area or damaged 302, by the time the ships recovered or the team gets too him hes not there and has accended, bit like the Kirk into the nexus thing crossed with where Sheridan disappears in B5.
Might be good for Daniel to be there too.

                "Imagine"..
Jacks stuck in an area of the Apollo or some other ship, the proverbial has hit the fan but jack was the closest person to the "technical issue" and went to go fix "stuff".
Something else goes wrong n Jack gets stuck, hes sat there talking to Daniel who's the otherside of the door.
Cue random flashy "containment lost" lights, theres a crack and the room Jacks in starts to leak into space, Daniels one side of the door shouting to Jack who's stood at the otherside of the door holding onto some random console, another crack, Jack looks at Daniel and smiles, theres a massive bang and we pan to the outside of the ship where theres an explosive decompression kinda thing going on, pan back to Jack who winks at Daniel as the console he's on starts to come away from the floor and go towards the hole in the ship, Daniel looks away as he hits the coms console by the side of the door, pan back to the outside of the ship as we see all the debris come out of the room where Jack was, a breif flash, out comes the console, but no Jack..

Replicators v Ori. I'd like to see the Ori try and turn those pescy little bugs into loyal followers. I'd stupid how they ended the Asgard though, they could have something to do with it. It will never happen but i've tried to imagine how that would play out.

Or... I wouldn't mind seeing a massive battle between the Ori and Ancients.

                      Okay, 'nother idea...

(NOTE: This takes place between the episodes "Inauguration" and "Lost City")

                      Spoiler:
                      "Genesis"

With reports from the rebel Jaffa indicating that Anubis has almost acheived total annhiliation of the System Lords, tensions are running high at Stargate Command. According to Tok'ra intelligence, his fleets have control of 72% of the Milky Way, abd over half of the galaxy's stargates. At this rate, there will be little chance of stopping him from taking over everything.

In her lab, Samantha Carter is attempting to improve on the Kull Disruptor weapon she and her father created a month previous. She knows that Anubis' "super soldiers" are making mince-meat out of rebel Jaffa and Goa'uld alike, and the SGC desperately needs a better way to fight them. As she works, Colonel O'Neill joins her, bringing with him yet another battle report. But this one's different:

According to the report, Bra'tac and over ten-thousand Jaffa were killed in battle with Anubis on Cimmeria. If this report is to be believed, then there's little hope of stopping the megalomaniac Goa'uld from conquering the rest of the galaxy now. But there's really no time to dwell on that, for an offworld activation drags the two officers to the Gate Room.

They arrive to find Daniel, Teal'c, and General Hammond already there, with the iris closed. Then a Tok'ra IDC comes through, and Jacob Carter comes rushing through the stargate. He requests to speak with Hammond and SG-1 immediately; apparently, the fate of the galaxy rests on his getting this information to them. During a briefing, Jacob explains that the Tok'ra have located a giant space station floating at the galactic center, and request SG-1's help in getting it operational and extracting its secrets. Hammond agrees, and the team departs aboard the Prometheus.

En route, Jacob gives O'Neill, Daniel, and Carter (Teal'c is elsewhere) the rest of what he know. The Tok'ra assume that the station is of Ancient origin, and, therefore, could house weapons or other technologies capable of finally ending Anubis' reign of terror. He adds that his people have insofar only managed to get life support and artificial gravity working, and they don't even know how long they can keep that on.

Finally, the Prometheus drops out of hyperspace before a massive, and clearly Lantean-esque (though SG-1 won't know this yet, it resembles the LaGrange Satellite from "The Siege") space station. Surrounding it is a small fleet of Tok'ra ha'tak and tel'tak, one of which has docked with the station. The team (Teal'c's back by this point) and Jacob head to the ring room and transport over, as well.

Meanwhile, on Earth, word has come in that Bra'tac and a few of his men survived the battle they were in, and have returned to Chulak to strategize. He dials the SGC and informs Hammond that several of Anubis' ships were reported heading coreward, and asks if the humans have any idea as to why. A stunned Hammond hastily fills in the Jaffa Master about the space station the Tok'ra found, and orders a subspace transmission sent to the Prometheus at once.

Back on the station, Carter and her father are in the control room, trying to interface a laptop with the Ancient systems. After a moment, they're successful, and access the power logs. It appears whatever kind of module was powering the station has alrgely worn out, but backup generators are still running. O'Neill heads to the ring room to request a few naquadah generators to add to that power supply.

While they're working, Daniel finds himself in the station's communications center, and tries to activate any logs that may have been stored. But instead, he accidentally turns on a galactic-monitoring system. The positions of every FTL-equipped vessel in the galaxy appears onscreen, as well as the location of the entire stargate network (if we look closely, we can see markings around several important Ancient worlds, including Dakara, Earth, Taonas, and Helopolis). Worried he's done something wrong, Daniel radios Sam for assistance.

Though they don't realize it, Daniel's actions have far-reaching consequences. Across the galaxy, Ancient outposts are coming to life, one of them activating underneath a massive System Lord vs. Anubis battle.

(At this time we're shown a few worlds throughout the Milky Way; Proclarous Taonas' outpost is coming online, getting into "standby" mode, as is the Atlantus outpost under Antarctica. We also see a few other interesting things... Aurora-class cruisers sitting in shipyards suddenl begin flashing with interior lights, a cityship completely encased in ice on some world suddely has its control tower begin flickering, and, over one planet, a massive energy shield shimmers into existence.)

As Carter brings up more information about the station, she realizes the shocking truth; this facility was the Ancients' way of monitoring everything they had in the Milky Way. From here, the stargates, outposts, and other Ancient complexes can be remotely activated and controlled. To illustrate her point, she calls up a subroutine and downloads the entire index of gate addresses to her laptop.

Outside, Col. Pendergast is getting restless. He contacts O'Neill, asking what's taking so long, but is cut off. A hyperspace window has formed, and Anubis' fleet has arrived. Somehow (most-likely through a captured Tok'ra, Jacob surmises), he got his hands on the station's location and came to investigate. And now Hammond's transmission, warning the team about the fleet, arrives, too late to help. The Prometheus and the Tok'ra fleet engage the enemy hoping they can buy SG-1 enough time to get the station battle-ready.

And they certainly are trying. Carter interfaces the naquadah generators with the station (which Daniel discovers is named Genesis), and powers up its defenses. Almost at once, a shield is raised and energy weapons are primed, but they don't fire. As the Carters race to diagnose the problem, Jack rings back to the Prometheus and leads its F-302 squadron and the Tok'ra gliders against Anubis' fighters.

The battle rages on for some time more, with the enemy ships gaining a quick advantage thanks to their Ancient-upgrades. Jack orders Carter to "either get that damn thing working or get back to the ship", but she refuses to leave. Then, just as the Prometheus' shields begin to falter, she and Jacob get the station ready to go. It fires off a salvo of energy blasts (not drones, but rapid-firing blue versions of the LaGrange beam), which completely decimates Anubis' fleet. Only one of the ships is able to get into hyperspace and escape.

On the station, the team is celebrating their victory, but something's wrong: firing such powerful weaponry has nearly depleted the station's power supply. What's worse, Carter discovers it has a protocol to launch a self-destruct in the event its power runs out, to prevent it from falling into enemy hands. SG-1, and the Tok'ra still aboard, run to the ring room and transfer off just as it begins to explode. They jump into hyperspace, heading for Earth, as the massive Ancient nexus goes up in flames.

                      (A few days later)

Carter is again in her lab, going over reports, yet again, that Anubis is on the verge of galactic domination. Daniel joins her, holding readouts of the information Carter downloaded from Genesis before it blew. He's been reading it, and some things just seem odd.

For example, he claims that the texts point to Earth being the "most precious of all the worlds", but can't see any reason why. There are a few other oddities, as well. A world he translates as "Dekaera" is referenced as the key to the salvation of the galaxy, and the name "Lantea" keeps popping up for some reason.

Carter doesn't have an answer, either, but she does have a bit of good news. She managed to get one extra bit of information from Genesis before it exploded. She holds up her laptop to reveal a slightly-incomplete stargate address (which we recognize as Atlantis'), and asks what it could lead to. Daniel has no idea, but wonders if, some day, they might get to find out just what Genesis was all about, why it was abandoned, and what the consequences of all the now-activated Ancient outposts will be...

Based on the turn Atlantis has taken, i.e.- trading McGillion for Jewel & Rainbow for a former Baywatch star, I'd imagine the Stargate ptb are considering a 100 minute long Jello-wrestling match between Vala & Carter for the 3rd SG-1 film.
