Isnt necessity the key to invention, the nox would hide and be happy that way and never need to develop technology and the Gould would never know about them, and the Ori would have total power in there galaxy so why create more powerfull weapons, in 8 million years or so wouldnt they have develop so far ahead from what they are now, the ashen and the tollan were only a few hunderd years ahead of earth
