I'm working over the summer, now that uni is over for the year.

This morning I woke up to find the time on my alarm clock flashing... there had been a power cut during the night... I freaked out and checked the time on my phone to find it was only 6.30am, so I reset the clock and tried to go back to sleep. I didn't.

Then at about 7.30am I realised that I was thinking of the weekend train time table, so I looked up the weekday schedule and found that the train is 10 minutes earlier, heh I would have missed it.

So I was at the train station at 8.30am, plenty of time for the 8.37am train. I spent the next 30 minutes waiting on the train station... Then about an hour waiting in a stationary train (without a book) 100 meters north of my station. Then the train crawled back to the station and they put us to a bus. Not once did any of the guards tell us what was going on.

The train ride is usually 8 minutes. So I was an 1 1/2 hours late. And my boss didn't even dock my pay

But, ug.

I watched UPGRADES today i love that eps and i love how the arm bands increase streagth and other things thats so cool and i love it when they go to O'Malleys for stakes and when they go to destroy Aphisis ship those darn sheilds are in the way they get so close

Took my youngest trick or treating; She went as Hermoine. After all that braiding, her hair was straight as a board by the time she got home from school. She couldn't find her uniform clothes, so she decided to go as Hermoine in Book 3 where she is wearing "civilian" clothes. She was getting so upset that no one knew who she was! I warned her....

She didn't even make it an hour. (Thank goodness). At least for once it wasn't hot.

Did I mention... Jack and Sam forever?

The shields are how you can tell how close they are. There is the blue flicker to indicate that they've touched the shield. THAT'S close! Makes you wonder what would've happened if the shields had been down... but then that scene would never have happened at all. Darn it.
