Is it just me or does that sound remarkably personal? Us as in her and Jack, not Jack and SG1?
And even through all the angst, it gives me happy squeeful feelings to hear how easily Sam falls into using 'Jack', almost like she used to call him that. That and the 'dearly beloved ambassador' comment just utterly convince me that something happened between them at some point in the last 10 years since they met the Aschen.
