Judging from the preview I watched I'd describe it as *kinda* like House but with a more likeable lead character and elements of spirituality thrown in, because MS's character seems to be interacting with story characters on a "spirit" level while he's in the coma. I think it looks really interesting, but the writing will make or break it.
