You can usually track these by the hair. Sam's hair tells you pretty accurately which season you're on.

That's easy. It's "Forsaken". At the beginning, where Jack walks up from behind Carter singing a tune. They talk about what astronomical item can be seen, and Jack looks in the telescope, only to have Carter tell him it won't be visible for several more hours.
