there's some continunity issues there. i mean what about Janet? she was the first one that knew in a hundred days that sam may have feelings for jack that went beyond simple friendship and CO/21C.

I agree with Hedwig.

I figure Teal'c works out the two have feelings very quickly but in terms of canon evidence - I always think Teal'c gives away that he knows Jack has feelings for Sam over and above team leader/friend when he talks with him in the locker room in ITLOD.

Teal's is definitely the first shipper.

But you raise a good point on Janet knowing. However Teal'c was actually on the team and was able to see the interactions between them that Janet would not have been aware of, so I think he would have had a sense of this before Janet actually did.
