I was just preparing to read Pride and Prejudice, and I found a penguin painted at the front of the book. You think Jane Austin was a shipper????

Of couse!!
She created one of the shippiest literary couples ever!! Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth were probably my first ship!

Jane Austen was the ultimate shipper. Pride and Prejudice is the longest in-print published work of fiction. It has never been out of print since its initial publication. That says a lot about romance and shipperdom. It was my first ship and fan-fic community too.

P & P & Zombies was a fun diversion. Right now I am watching a BBC series called Lost in Austen, about a modern day girl who finds herself transported into her favorite novel. Anyway... back on-topic...
