I ended up just going in black with a white lab coat and a stethoscope. So I was just a Dr to everyone except my friend's little brother, when I pointed out my impractical shoes to him.

It was cool. I insisted on being called Doc Fraiser. Everyone was wondering why I was so kind and motherly all of a sudden, except to a couple of regular verbal sparring partners who I threatened with my biggest needles.
