"Hear this. The days of the Goa'uld System Lords are numbered. Tell them that I died with hope. My death only feeds the fire that burns strong in the Tok'ra." (Jolinar, "In the Line of Duty")
As far as I know, that's the only time we see his eyes glow - unfortunately.

Yeah, it's too bad the Tok'ra do the little head bob thing to hide the flash, though I suppose it's to keep people from freaking out and yelling "GOA'ULD!" Has anyone ever tried to explain that, or does everyone just accept that it's just a sci-fi thing?

Maybe the head bob thing is also to show the change between host/symbiote to less observant people It could be to diminish confusion/dizziness? perhaps for the host? Maybe it's confusing to just be thrown control again. Or maybe it is for traditional/cultural reasons within the Tok'ra...though, it is probably mostly to hide the eye-flash so as not to scare people who are afraid of the Goa'uld. Whatever the reason - I wish they would have let us see it more often from Martouf/Lantash, since he looks very sexy with glowing eyes
They head-bow thing is very cute too - and they sometimes do both. Lantash's eyes glowed after a head-bow.

Actually, I was asking for why the eyes would flash at all...though those are all interesting theories about the head bob. I think I heard someone call it the "head bob of multiple personalities", which sounds rather silly to me. Have you seen the music video "The Devil Inside"? It's about the Goa'uld, and the first 30 seconds or so are pictures of all the glowing eyes you ever see...I don't like the Goa'uld, but I was nearly drooling after seeing all those gorgeous eyes.

My guess on the eye flash is (RL) that someone thought it looked cool - and they needed something to set a 'hosted' human being apart from an ordinary one (that and the voice - which I actually find rather sexy too).
From the show's point of view? Well, maybe the symbiotes have some sort of bioluminescence - they are aquatic life forms and maybe they lived in dark, murky waters - many fish in those conditions have glowy this or that.
There is also the matter of naquadah, which can be very energetic? Maybe it can glow?
Whatever the reason - it looks VERY sexy (and I've seen the music video, I like it).
The combination of glowing eyes and that resonating voice...ooohh

Ah...yes, I've seen that music video, it's great. Lots of eye flashes

Snotr, I like the one about bioluminescence - it almost sounds realistic. Then they would just need to make some (very) quick changes to the host to be able to do that with their eyes also, but given that they can - among other things - cure cancer, influence the genetic makeup/memories of their offspring (queens), etc. etc., I doubt that would be a difficult change for them to make. They would have to be able to do it very quickly, because we see the eyeflash almost immidieately after they have taken a host.
As to WHY they would do it - the Goa'uld may like it for scaring their subjects, and the Tok'ra would then have to do it to be able to pretend to be Goa'uld. That, however, can't be the whole story, as they seem to glow their eyes when they feel strong emotions, get excited, etc. Maybe it's an unavoidable result of the blending, that the hosts eyes can now also do it?
Either way, as I said in an earlier post, the glowing eyes are very sexy...and I also like the flanged symbiote voice. If I were Sam I would have jumped Martouf/Lantash when I met them

Yes, it is. Unfortunately no, I didn't find any on the http://www.stargatecommunity.com site - I know there are a few on http://www.kawoosh.co.uk - just click pairing and chose Martouf and Sam. That will give you a few, though most links are dead (and most have the scene from Divide and Conquer - something which means I will NEVER rewatch them). None of them really are ship-videos, but better than nothing:
