Re: bad fan behavior - tush grabbing and all that. For the newbies I have a friend who works with a lot of the Australian (no not Claudia - she has an agent & publicist probably who do that) cast members from Farscape getting them to the cons here in the US and elsewhere. One year she had me follow a couple of the actresses into the bathroom because some "fans" followed them in there. I walked in, asked the actresses if they were okay and made sure no one bothered them. It just bugs me no end when some fans think it is perfectly okay to invade the actors' down time after the con proper is over. Generally, if you leave them alone while they chill or eat, they'll come to you if they feel up to it. Especially if they're not from the US (not saying all US actors are snobs but 95% of them are).

Me too! I've met AT several times (wow that sounded a bit braggy - totally not intentional) and I still am very aware of not going over a line. I've notice that in all my photo ops she puts her arm around me, but I don't do the same. At AT4 I became aware of this and was concerned about how my behavior was perceived. I don't want to seem unfriendly, but I am too afraid of coming across as *too* friendly that I think I ultimately do come across and a bit unfriendly *sigh*


As for the 'Have you met either or both of the Amanda's poll' - not sure how I would vote really - I mean have I really ever met myself? Wouldn't I have to go through a cleansing and meditative ritual to find my 'true self' and thus meet 'the other Amanda'...
