General Jack is suprised to hear that Bev has not had a dressing down yet. He has read all of her reports, twice. It was in the second time through that he came out of shock and realized that what she really needed in an effort to get back on track was a real dressing down.
And he's doing his best to get some good sticky up hair for that dressing down.
