We're coming very close to reaching the 40,000 posts mark and we're also the largest thread in this entire forum (as far as I can see). So I think it's time we prepared for a big, virtual party!!!

Okay, I have TRIED to Edit above POST (#38973) about what, lost Count.. maybe 10 Times this AM

and Everytime, I get a NOT RESPONDING.. So I attempted to change, but it won't LET ME!!

MY apologies...

Everytime I hit the Edit button, my computer FREEZES.. Anyone else having this problem.. Is it Gateworld, or my computer!!

Please Help me!!

ST-1 not a problem that you don't like Rourke, MORE for ME!! (sorry a bit of attitude when it comes to Rourke!!)

Don't know if this will help anyone else but for about the past week mine does that as well, especially if I try to edit a post like by changing a pic to a URL or cutting out some text or whatever. I'm not sure if it's a GW thing or Windows because it seems to have started right after XP updated. Anyway, what I have found is if I click send and it seems to freeze, if I wait a few seconds, has been up to a minute before, it will finally go. It's very weird but this has saved me from retyping messages several times in an attempt to send one. Hopefully it will help someone else as well.
