According to some other spoilers, there's an upcoming episode called Gemini which is about two Sams. Whether it takes place at the SGC or elsewhere is anybody's guess right now.

If there were replicator versions of both Jacob and Sam out there then it would be confusing to use the name RepliCarter. Otherwise I don't see the problem since there's only one Carter who's a replicator.

I like RepliSam as well because it's easier to say and a little more personal. RepliCarter's just such a cute pun.

RepliCarter is the best, since it's the closest to Replicators. Btw there's move called RepliKate

I completely disagree that RepliCarter could be confused with Jacob Carter for the following reasons:

(1) There is no clone of Jacob
(2) Jacob Carter is usually referred to as "Jacob", "Dad", or "Selmak"
(3) When O'Neill yells "Carter!" we all know he's talking about Sam

Just my opinion though. Apparently, I already (unintentionally) offended one person by suggesting RepliCarter was better, so I'll just use it and stop arguing about it.

By the way, there's both a Major and Seargent Davis, and we don't get them confused...
