Ahhh, yes, it's Tuesday, which means Jilly has to put on her post-Nazi boonie again. Well, at least today it's just reminders.
1. If you cap an episode, please only post a FEW pictures (four, five, six--I forget how to spell it in Russian
--TOPS, please.) Lots and lots of pics = lots & lots of bandwidth and lots and lots of time to download for those who are stuck with dialup. (((Ang))) We've been cutting down on this admirably. Thank you to those who've been listening!
2. Please use spoiler tags around any text that is spoilery. Please only post links for pictures. And please, keep in mind what episode your pic is from and which episodes have aired! Just because the new season starts in a week and a half does not mean all spoiler bets are off as soon as one episode airs! Thank you to those who remember to do it, and thank you to those who have been reminding those who forget. I'll be giving all my deputies their own trout.
3. If you quote someone's post, PLEASE remove the [img] tags from around their picture. If your editor is like mine, you can just go in and delete them. If your editor does not show the tags, cut the URL of the pic in the post, delete it, and then paste it as a URL. It only takes a few seconds, and again, my photoservice and the dialuppers both appreciate it.
4. I haven't seen any of this since my last reminder post, and I'm so proud. But please, again, remember that if you don't have anything to say but "OOO nice piccies" or "Oh I like that one!", don't worry about posting it. Rep the person who posted it. If you can't, spread the rep around. If you don't want to do that, PM them. And if all else fails and you MUST say something in the thread, add a favorite pic of your own to your post!
You guys have been so great, hopefully I won't need to do this very often. And now back to our regularly scheduled thunking.
