The piccie is from the season two ep "Need". He was bound while he was undergoing withdrawals from the sarcophagus.

Usually, my piccies are named with the ep so anytime you want to know, just right click, properties and you can see the name.

Ya know, I looked at that when I first saw your pic, and I uhhh... wasn't sure if you meant
'Need' (ep) BoundDaniel or need-bound-daniel. *hehe* But thanks for the tip.
