      Holy Grail = ZPM stupidest thing ever. The whole King Arthur thing wouldn't work very well because it's 2 recent and peolpe in armor with swords not very ancientlike. If they just make Merlin an time-traveling ancient that helped king Arthur with advice on who 2 fight in order 2 preserve the timeline (like that pillar in "it's good to be king") it could work.
      That seems quite similar to the Temporal Cold war in Enterprise.
