import the 3ds to sketchup then save it as skp

It won't let me; I already tried. It's a .max file instead of the normal .3ds.

Just to mention that the T72 is not mine but someone's from 3dwarehouse don't remember who's.

Amount of railguns seems to be as high as 35 or 36! I might, however scrap some of them after I evaluate their firing areas.

The only way to do it is to ask someone who has 3dsmax to export it as a 3ds for you. There is no external converter for .max files.

Can anyone who has the GWVF modeling pack and 3ds Max please convert Dr. Lee's helo and the F-302 model to the 3ds format and send them to me? (if the replier does not know my email already PM me)

Hey would anyone be willing to help model out some ancienty type ships? in the 3.0 fleet theres a whole block of models missing, the Navo's and the Halen ships. Im doing my best to do some of them but theres abotu 30 different classes. If you want to help that would be awesome, they dont have to be new and origional, if there are any models that could be used from old projects, WIPS, unused models, etc, that we can borrow, just to kind of put face's to the specs. Would help alot

Thanks man. Anything would be helpful. Its mainly the Navo's ones, theres quite a few of them, so any class would do, it will fit to one of his ships im sure.

Ill see what I can do. I just finished my aurora model, might as well start fiddling with it to make some different classes.
