Well a 304 carries a single Horizon system and 32 cruise missiles, and about 30 rail-guns. It's between 500m - 600m long.
An Al'kesh is a bomber, and has 1 turret and some bombs and is about 50m long.

one horizon but that room was huge and they only had one because it was a prototype

and 32 cruise missiles,

those weren't cruise missles, they were "direct fire" missles (missles that fire their rocket motors all the way to the target) my cruise missles shut off their engines and "cruise" until a corse correction is needed and the atnmospheric ones are simply modified tommahawks

a lot of bombs and a standard 500 lb dumbfall bomb is only 4 ft long 1 ft diameter. add nauqada and you can make a more powerful bomb even smaller

I don't entirely agree.
It is entirely plausible.

A ZPM can be used to power a Jumper, though it is vast overkill and far far more power than a Puddle Jumper can hope to ever use... and the phrase 'triple-redundant' seems superfluous.

Using Asgard shields is also Superfluous and unnecessary because Ancient shields are designed for ZPMs and are equally comparable if not better anyway.

However, using the Merlin Cloak is Plausible... and pairing the Merlin cloak with the Drone storage area is actually quite intriguing. Effectively
doubles (if not triples) the storage capacity.

one:we have limmeted access to zpm's so we wouldnt waste one on this ship when it can power atlantis or the earth gate

two: again limmeted access to drones so all would be put to atlantis or earth chair platforms

Thats not true...we do know how that works, but still the entire design is fanwank, 4 posts to reply to it is a bit overvalueing its potential.
