I loved Unending but I consider The Quest p. II one of the best ep ever and in The Shroud there is Jack...but if those 2 are 10 Unending is 9.99 to me.

Personally I find Brad's episodes (even the non-character driven ones like Crystal Skull) to be the best for character stuff...

BW's eps are hit and miss for me I loved Crystal Skull, Solitudes, Abyss and Pegasus Project but I hated Politics, 2010, Message in a Bottle, and A Matter of Time(BW did the teleplay for the last 2) with a passion I hate those eps. I have different opinion on PP than some of you do I don't think Daniel was a jerk to Vala in PP he was in BH but this time it was more playful banter this is just my interpretation

I didn't have a problem with Daniel and Vala in PP, but I did have a problem with Rodney being reverted to Carter's stooge, since he's my favorite character.
