Round 15:

Chain Reaction


It was a cross between A Matter of Time and Chain Reaction. I chose CR because while it had some cute scenes, I dislike the story and the execution and the overall tone of season 4, of which this episode was a part.

I'm also in shock that "Full Alert" didn't win the last round. That episode has to be one of the top three worst SG-1 episodes of all time.

Hee. I like it. :-) It's not my favorite episode, but I like it.

Closely followed by Ethon and that's followed by Chimera.

The boringness that was Icon is followed up by the boringness that was Ethon..... Only "good" part was the sad part where Col. Pendagrast died when the Prometheus was destroyed. *sniff* What a waste. Can't say I wasn't too disappointed to hear what happened to those people on that planet....

And as far as Chimera, I don't hate it because I hate Pete. I actually like Pete but HATE tptb for using the character in such a manner. He was created for evil intentions...throwing a wrench in S/J ship....and then tossed to the curb callously when the character had served its purpose....(and I disdain S/J ship anyway)

OFF THE GRID


At first I thought this might be tough choice. In the past I haven't particularly enjoyed watching Cor-Ai because of the guest-acting, but I've gained a new respect for it recently. It was an important story for Teal'c and The Team. Metamorphosis was off-putting, but at least it had Niiiiirrrrti. Then I saw Off the Grid in the list and wondered why I was even wasting time thinking!

Edit: I LOVED Citizen Joe and Cor-Ai is one of my favorites from the first season (there are so few). I thought it was a great Teal'c episode and everyone on the team was outstanding.
