Okay now I get it! This can be a different scenario then, the other one was a practice one then!

Daniel had fallen asleep after doing some research on the Jaffa headquarters which he narrowed down to the coast of France. He was awakened by yelling coming from the corridor, "Huh?" he said startled as he sat up and put on his glasses that lay beside of him.

"What's going on? Did Jack take the last of the cookies or something?" he muttered to himself. As he walked along he could distinctly hear the voices and it was Jack's and Sam's voices.

"You idiot, what makes you think I love you?" Jack screamed at Sam just as Daniel came around the corner. "Jack hi, Sam hi, uh what's going on exactly?" Jack sighed and looked at Sam, "you want to tell him?" "Tell me what?" Daniel said puzzled.

Sam sighed, "what the Colonel means is that he thinks I have romantic feelings for him and I told him that it's impossible." Daniel held up a finger, "Hold the phone a minute, I didn't hear anyone say anything about it being impossible I just heard a lot of yelling which sounded like gibberish if you ask me."

Jack chuckled, "Oh Daniel, Daniel, Daniel, it wasn't gibberish, just call it very loud communications." "Or, I could call it yelling. Am I right?" Daniel said with a bit of a smirk. Sam sighed, "Daniel, what are you talking about?" Daniel sighed, "Look, it's perfectly obvious that you two have some type of feelings for each other that are beyond a Colonel and a Major, am I right?" Jack snorted, "What? You can't think that just because of a little yelling between Carter and me." Daniel shook his head, "Uh-uh I am not buying it, now forgive me for intruding but is there anything against you two having a few outings with a few friends namely Teal'c and myself and you two just 'happen' to be there?"

"What are you trying to say Daniel?" Sam asked him, which Daniel cleared his throat, "What I am trying to say is that perhaps you and Jack could show up somewhere and others be there but it doesn't appear to be a date but it is?" Daniel said trying to not stammer. Jack looked at Daniel questioningly and a little puzzled, "Are you trying to say you are okay with us being a 'couple?'" he asked.

"Well, yeah, why not? I mean I am just an average guy and so what if you two are military, but you two are my friends and I want to see two happy." Daniel said adjusting his glasses.

"Oh what the heck, let's try it then!" Jack said, "What do you say Carter are you game?" Sam chuckled, "Yes sir, I believe so."

Daniel had just come back from a mission off-world with the other SG1 team members and was complaining of chills and fatigue. The rest of the team seemed fine but Dr. Janet Frasier wanted to give a complete physical to each of the team members to be sure.

Janet carefully examined Jack then Teal'c and saw they both seemed fine, then she examined Sam who was also fine. She then examined Daniel and noticed he had a bit of fever. She sighed and decide to go debrief to General Hammond about the situation.

She told her attending nurse to put Daniel in one of the beds in the infirmary and she would go to tell the General what was the status of the team. She walked down the long corridor in her heels and took a deep breath and knocked on Hammond's door, "Excuse me sir, I hate to intrude but I wanted to give you an update of SG1," "Oh yes Dr. Frasier, please come on in." Hammond said looking up from the file folder that contained information the mission report that he had gotten from Walter.

Janet sighed, "Well sir, it appears that everyone except Daniel appears to be fine." Hammond looked at her blankly and she blinked "It would appear that Daniel has a low-grade fever and we are running tests to make sure it is nothing serious or it wasn't related to the planet's atomsphere." Hammond nodded "very good Doctor, Keep me informed on Dr. Jackson's condition and the rest of the team's as well." Janet nodded back "Yes sir, will do sir"

To be honest, uh me but i like him with Janet and I like him with Vala (as a brother/sister type of thing at times),

What about one where Sam and Martouf/Lantash are starting to get closer, and maybe beginning to get into a relationship. Then Jack comes and interferes, and Lantash tells Jack to mind his own business. Jack realizes he's not being fair to them, and apologizes.

The first long part sounds very good and in character, but the very last part

Martouf chuckled "Very well, if you are trying to say that you and Samantha are in a relationship, then so be it, you have my blessing." Jack smirked and spoke nervously "Relationship? Who said anything about a relationship?"

Doesn't sound in character for Martouf. He's polite and kind, but also fairly stubborn (see the example with Netu that was mentioned earlier). He would not just back down. Not quickly. And Lantash would take a lot of time to back down - he's very fiery and self-assured.

Sam had gone out for few dates with Martouf and she seemed happier than she had been in weeks, she seemed relaxed and less tense. Even the other team members including Daniel and Teal'c noticed she was more relaxed and less tense. Jack on the other hand was not happy about this, he knew he had to put a stop to this!

Martouf had gone to the local flower shop near the base and picked up a bouquet of Sam's favorite flowers and that's when Jack who had been off-base getting a package of donuts for the team since the ones on the base were purely disgusting and made all wrong spotted him.

Jack sighed and decide now was his chance to talk to him privately and away from the others, "Marty, hi how are you?" Martouf looked up "Oh hello, good to see you as well, is Samantha with you? I was hoping to give her these, of course they can't compare to her true beauty but it is a token of my appreciation for her." he said with a smile. Jack groaned "Uh, no it's just me this time Marty, Carter's on base taking care of some sciency stuff. I was hoping we could just talk you know, one on one?"

Martouf nodded, "Very well, what is that you wished to discuss with me?" Jack sighed, "well we just can't talk out here in the open because someone might overhear us, you know?" Martouf nodded again, "Very well where do you wish to converse privately?" Jack stopped and thought a moment "How about we head back to base and we can get those" he pointed the flowers Martouf carried "into some water before they wilt away."

Jack and Martouf began walking back towards the base and Jack held out his badge for the guard to let them through without any incident. Jack led Martouf towards the briefing room, he saw that no one was in there so that was the best place to talk privately. Martouf saw the water pitcher that been left in the room from the morning briefings and glanced at Jack as if to ask 'Is it okay if I use this?' Jack nodded "yeah yeah sure Marty, that's fine."

Martouf chuckled and looked at Jack after he placed the bouquet into the water pitcher, "So what was it that you wanted to discuss with me?" Jack sighed, "Look Marty, you're a sweet kid and all but I just think that Carter isn't the right person for you to be seeing as a romantic type of thing?" Martouf was now angry and his eyes glowed and Lantash spoke now "Colonel O'Neill the relationship between Samantha and Martouf as well as myself is not some crisis that is going to cause the Goa'uld or the To'kra to have war with the human race."

Jack was about to speak again but Lantash spoke some more, "Colonel O'Neill, I respect that you want to protect Samantha, but I can assure you that I and my host can take very good care of her, I know you are saying this as a protective friend and a superior officer, besides I don't think you have much to offer her yourself now do you?" Jack sighed and shook his head "No, you're right, you kids should be happy, I am sorry I just don't want to see anyone get hurt." Martouf's eyes went back to normal and his voice returned "I know that you care for Samantha dearly but I can assure you that no harm will come to her as long as I can help it, alright?" Jack nodded, "Yeah sure Marty, you better get her those flowers before they wilt or before you forget." Martouf chuckled, "Until next time then."
