So, I'm back home and I'm going to start writing.

1x02 Home sweet home

1x02 Home Sweet Home

Sam, Daniel, Teal'c and Jonas is standing in the gateroom when Sam asks if Jonas is excited about his first mission. Jonas replies that he's a little excited and asks where they are going. Sam tells him that they are going to earth, when Jonas looks confused Daniel explains that the sgc gate wasn't burried but the goa'uld thinks that it is, and Nirrti, the goa'uld that controls earth hasn't been willing to place a new gate on earth because of the earth based resistance's guerilla warfare. The seventh chevron locks in place and the gate activates. Daniel, Sam and Teal'c walks through the event horizon but Jonas stop i front of it and looks back one last time, and then he steps through.

Sg-1 exits the stargate in the ruined gateroom on earth but they are met by a group of soldiers pointing their guns at them. Jonas asks if this happends everytime they go to earth, and Sam simply shakes her head.

Someone enters the gateroom and tells the soldiers to stand down. He introduces himself as Captain John Sheppard, a member of the resistance. He asks sg-1 to follow him to the surface where they will drive to resistance hq in colorado springs.

Sg-1 are in the car with Sheppard as the driver heading towards colorado springs when Carter asks why the place isn't crawling with jaffa. Sheppards reply is that most of the guerilla attacks takes place on the east coast, europe, asia and south america so the jaffa has focused their attacks on those areas, he also tells them that the goa'uld took the entire population of colorado springs and surrounding cities to mines off-world.

The car stops at an abondoned apartement building and sg-1 with Captain Sheppard exits the car and walks through the front door.

Sg-1 and Sheppard is walking up the stairs when Daniel asks how Sheppard ended up in the resistance.

*FLASHBACK*
Sheppard has just come home to see his wife. He stepped out of the taxi outside his home, and he starts to walk up to the house, when a death glider flies over the house and fires plasma blasts on the house. When the plasma hits the house, the intire building explodes and John is sent flying back.
*END FLASHBACK*

After Sheppard has finished his story Sam tells him how sorry she is but John just shrugs it off.

Colonel O'Neill is sitting in his office when Martouf enters and asks where Samantha is because they had decided to go to the new greek resturant that Dr. Jones opened. Jack tells Martouf that she's half an hour overdue, but that's not unusual for Sam. Martouf nods and then he just stands there for a moment looking uncomfortable, and he leaves a few moments later.

Sheppard leads the team into a small room loaded with salvaged goa'uld technology. They walk up to man that introduces himself as Colonel Marcus King, the leader of this resistance cell. Jonas asks what he means with cell, and he tells them that each resistance cell is independent form the others so if the goa'uld takes out one, another pops up. After he's done with the explantion Carter says that she remebers him, he was visiting the sgc three weeks before the goa'uld attack. He tells her the he remebers her as well and after the goa'uld attack he tried to get to the sgc but the tunnels were blocked. But three weeks ago he found a shaft that was still intact, so he decided to place a couple of soldiers in the old sgc just in case someone would return, he didn't move the resistance there because if the goa'uld would come through the gate they could destroy the entire cell.

He tells a scientist named Bill Lee that's working on a goa'uld hand device to go get the package. He returns with a goa'uld data storage crystal, and Colonel King tells them this contains all goa'uld troop deployments and the location of the motherships that are guarding earth. Carter looks a little stunned but she accepts the crystal and says thank you. Marcus says that it's time for them to leave so they can report this to the survivors. Carter salutes and Teal'c bows and then Sheppard escorts them out.

Sheppard and sg-1 is standing at the shaft exit and Carter tells them that it's time to go. Suddenly Daniel says that he's staying, Carter asks him why and he answers that he thinks that he can do more here. Sam tries persuade him to go but he wont hear it. After a few minutes she gives up and she tells Sheppard to keep him out of trouble and John replies with yes mam. They say good bye and sg-1 minus Daniel enters the shaft, after the hatch has been closed Sheppard and Daniel walks away and Sheppard asks Daniel if he plays golf.

Sg-1 is sitting in the asc briefing room with colonel O'Neill and sam tells them that the resitance cintacted them a couple of hours later and they informed us that the goa'uld had detected the stargate activity so they were leaving the sgc before they jaffa would get there. Teal'c points out that the only way they would get to earth would be if they could borrow a tok'ra cargo ship. Carter looks down at the table and O'Neill says that he's sure Daniel survived but she just replies with a yeah, he's a survivor, and all of sg-1 agrees.
