That sounds very interesting. I took a look at the summary and the tags and characters for it. I'd love to read it, but before I do so... could someone who has read it tell me if Martouf and Lantash are alive and together? Because otherwise I think I'd rather pass on the fic.

I read it. I can tell you that from what I can tell their fate is the same as in canon.

Summary
In an AU where everyone is actually good at their jobs, things turned out a bit differently. Apophis never discovered earth, but ended up at war with them anyway. Fortunately, they found a helpful ally in another system lord, Ba'al, who has taught them that not all Goa'uld are evil and some form a true symbiosis with their host.
