Helen's idea of a great pitch is a curveball that goes within an inch of the third-basemen's nose before finally landing in the mitt. Matter of fact, if she's going to demand these stories of me, I wish she'd learn to type!!
Yeah, Frank does the same thing to me on a regular basis, although lately we've come to kind of an understanding. I had to sit him down and have a long talk with him first, though.
Tesni's a little easier to deal with. Must be a feminine understanding between us.Sum, ergo scribo...

Me? Right now i'm thinking up sword fights and gun fights and all the usual action stuff, near the end of Chapterrrrrr four...when i'm only twenty pages into Chapter ONE!
(creatures that can crawl along the ceiling are terrifying yes. But yet an interesting, twisted baddie idea to take out some Ori red shirts. )

The man's a taskmaster, that's a fact.
ROFLMAO I think Helen and Frank would give each other a run for the money, that's for sure!!!

Seriously, can Brooke and I be the only writers here who have ever had a character turn out to be motivated in a completely different way to do a completely different thing from what we had in mind when we began writing a scene?
You mean none of you have ever had portions of the story simply flow out of you and into the keyboard almost as though it were happening independently of your own conscious thought?
Because that's been happening to me for over thirty years.Sum, ergo scribo...

Then these 'Pet Peeves' of fan fiction could be solved in a day or so. (Well, mostly)
