I'd say an Aschen warship could go shot-for-shot with a Lucian Alliance ha'tak, but not a Free Jaffa one; after all, Earth passed on some Asgard know-how to the Jaffa in Seasons 11 and 12, and Teal'c's seen to it that his fleet has had their shields and weapons tweaked appropriately. As for a DSC-304, that's no question at all haha. The Confederation is relying on the sheer numbers of ships they've been building since SG-1 and the Alliance humiliated them in Season 12's "Resurgence."
