Just part of it; the Der'kal are busy holding onto a third of the galaxy, remember. Sending all their ships to Earth would probably lose them the war... but given the size of their armada, these ships can easily stay away for days without problem.

Because if the entire fleet is heading to Earth the only thing I can think of that can help us is Pandora's Box.
Unfortunately, that weapon is currently floating in a far-off region of Pegasus, unreachable by stargate and impossible to pinpoint its exact location.

Also Earth maybe our homeworld but at least we have the privilege of retreating to Atlantis, and as far as I know they dont know about us being in the Pegasus Galaxy. The Jaffa, Nox and Tok’ra don’t have that.
The odds of Earth being able to relocate 6 billion+ people through the stargate in a few hours is surprisingly low. And Atlantis couldn't hold that many people anyway.

Finally, is there any motive for the invasion?
    Of the galaxy or Earth?

The knowledge of the Atlantus Outpost was most likely just gained by way of interrogating Milky Way natives; almost everyone knows Earth is protected by an Ancient defense platform.

But the Chinese Ambassador would have known, and she was working personally with the Der'kal representative.

...was destroyed in "Pandora's Box"; it was inside SG-1's jumper when Pandora's defenses took it out.

This is true, but what's your point? The Chinese were leaking information... not every last bit of it, just some. It's not as if they had opened up their most classified files to the Der'kal.

You know that has a slight chance of killing me and ending all this storytelling, no?

Granted you couldn't get the whole population safe but the fact you could get some people to atlantis (important people) is somthing we have over the Jaffa,Tok'ra, Nox and the rest of the galaxy.

But at least Atlantis is in another Galaxy and we dont know (as far as I know) how fast their hyperdrives are.

Just imagine the Der'Kal leaving our galaxy to head to Atlantis only to find the Wraith (If they still exist by then).

VIPs will be evacuated, of course, just as they always are in these situations.

                        The Galaxy
It's never been directly stated, but it has been insinuated that the Der'kal are being forced to crawl from galaxy to galaxy. Upcoming episodes will elaborate on their history and why they're now in the Milky Way.

Their hyperdrives are fast enough to reach Pegasus, they are an intergalactic species, after all, having thousands of years of experience with this sort of thing. But why would they bother chasing a few dozen humans to Atlantis when they have the Milky Way about to collapse?

The Wraith are still around, yes.

                        Two more for SG-1; 15 and 16.

How fast would their Hyperdrives be compared to say the Ancients?

Since we don't know how fast Ancient hyperdrives are anyway, I have absolutely no idea But consider what was learned in "Lost and Found"; when the Aurora set off on a multi-week journey to find the lost Furling fleet, the Der'kal departed only an hour after the 304 and arrived mere minutes later. So obviously their drives are just as powerful, if not a tad moreso, than our own.

NOTE: Upon seeing "Enemy at the Gate," some details of this continuation will be slightly altered. However, no major events will be shifted, and things will play out as I have written them anyway... if with slight modifications. For those that have seen the episode, think Area 51.
