Haven't you heard of April Showers? And apparently after having thousands of gallons of water fall on us we're still in a drought situation

Why oh why can't I learn to keep my big mouth shut? Sophie, Olivia and their mum have to be out of their house tomorrow and although the council have allocated them a lovely new flat they can't move in until they get one little bit of paper actually in their hands (it's a new build, and the Fire Safety Certificate won't arrive until at least Monday because apparently they've never heard of email ), so guess who has house guests for the week-end? Yup, yours truly So tomorrow morning I'd better do some house-cleaning

That's so interesting, I had no idea it worked like that.

Don't know if writing my thesis is really fun! but some of the people I'm interviewing are! All male...only negative part is that they're all married.

At least you can enjoy it!

EDIT: I also forgot to mention I had an 8,1 for my first part of my German 2 exam! So I only need an 2,9 for part 2 in order to pass German! That *should* be managable!

I love these.

That's tryptophan, Laurie. An amino acid that is supposed to make you sleepy. Melatonin is a hormone produced by your body in the dark that tells your body it is time to sleep.

Send some of that rain this way - we're so dry it hurts...entering Stage II drought restrictions now, and it's only April. Speaking of weather, when I got home a little while ago it was 98 (36.66C) freaking degrees on the back porch!!!!
