I saw a lot of people dislike the promo pics or being over airbrushed, but I have to admit that I really like them... Especially compared to those of season 1... Those I dislike. Meh.


...Now I need that supercool airbrushed half nekkid Stargate PTB promotional picture series...
Imagine that. The swimsuit edition. With them under a waterfall on a tropical island. Wet and wild. With their tools in hand.

You know I don't mind so much airbrushing when they like smooth out the skin or whatever...but I hate it when they do airbrushing and they make the person look skinnier or something I really love the Sanctuary promo pics though

Me too. They should never have to feel like completely altering someone's natural beauty. Even if that person isn't a supermodel... I also hate it when the pictures look very wrong, anatomically...

But if it's a stylish airbrush, why not?

True they're a lot better from last year, but IMO they're still a bit overdone. I mean I saw the pic on Ming-Na's twitter from AT with the SGU ladies... and they all look much better there then on any of the promos.

Granted, I don't see a lot of promo pics from other shows, but it does seem to be a bit of a trend... But in sci-fi the artist always seem to go a little more crazy. I remember seeing some of the Stargate promo pics from the later seasons I didn't like either. I mean, come on, science fiction fans don't all have tastes in style that stop at spacey and flashy...
