Martin is, indeed, wonderfully talented! Do you have a favorite Martin-directed ep?
You know, there's not one single episode that jumps out at me. When I look at what he's directed, what I see is a consistent quality and obvious skill. What really won me over, though, is his SG-1 commentaries. He has a definite artistry about him, but I like the technical choices he makes in support of that artistry.
He bowled me over early. A friend and I used to joke about how I fangurled a director instead of one of the handsome actors. (Now we just take it as a given.)

Hehe yeah.
To me it was the behind the scenes stuff. The goofing off, the humour...
Just said goodbye to my housemate and best friend as she moved out and away from Uni for ever. 'Tis a bittersweet day
It's a little local festival with preformances from different kinds of bands ranging from hip hop to pop, from techno to jazz... and there's street theater, cabaret, dance... It's fun. i live near a park, so the sound flows into my back yard

Being original is difficult when you can't stop quoting your favorite tv show, For crying out loud!
And so, as Sarai languishes alone in the unusual quiet of the Woohoo household, she ponders many of life's great unanswered questions. Things like how many PTB it takes to change a light bulb and what came first, the chicken or the PTB?
Strange as it may seem, the quiet is inspiring. She takes out a pen and begins to write many words. A plan some may call it, for a short little fic entitled...Can't See the Wood for the PTB's...
