No, not really. I'm looking for something like is in this wallie, I can't remember who I snagged it from though. I forgot to say when I saved it.

That's one of mine Padme. I don't exactly remember, but I don't think I used textures. I probably just drew white squares behind the cropped pictures, and made strokes around them with brown color.

How would you add the white boxes then?

Open a new layer under the picture. Select an area larger then the picture with the rectangular marquee tool and fill it with white (or whatever color you want). Don't worry if it doesn't look perfect from the start, you can move it around, delete parts of it, etc.

Another way is to use the rectangle tool. That gives you few more options to play with (like the rounded rectangle tool, that can make really cool rounded corners, instead of sharp edges).

Either way, if you plan on rotating the images at the end, first do the boxes and then select both layers and rotate them at the same time, so you can keep the rotation angle.

Hope that helps, if not I'll try to make a more detailed tut with screencaps.

That helps, I just don't know how to make two layers rotate at the same time.

Hold down CTRL and select both layers in the layer box, then Edit -> Transform -> Rotate, and the transformations should affect both layers.
Or you can rotate them separately, just make sure you rotate them same number of degrees.

Very good. (Bet it was a gift from Sam.)

How do you make a picture "glow"? Now that I've got the white border thing figured out, I want the picture to kind of glow so to speak. I've tried a few things with the layer style, but I don't see it doing what I want.

If you right click on the layer and go to blending(border?) options or something like(it's in the top of the pop up menu) that a new window pops up and "glow" is an option in there. Forgot what the exact name is and this crappy computer doesn't has PS so can't look it up.
