Screenmusings.net. It has zip files of each episode but you can also view and download individually - if that's the site you found then you need to click on the pic next to the episode title instead of the zip link and it'll bring you to the gallery

There's also this site, which has higher quality caps, but not every episode. It's great for the shippy stuff at the end of S7 though

Have you tried the Wavy Path Text that Oma posted a few days ago? I can do everything until I get the fill with bucket color. It WILL NOT let me do it.

Is there a special trick that I am missing?

Yes new fic ... one that is killing my brain!! lol needed something to distract me when I got writers block so I started fiddling on GIMP

To do the white border I just used Filters>Decor>Fuzzy Border
