I wish i could add myself to the seating chart....... But it's official...... Jay, sis and I aren't going to make it to Vancouver next year. It just isn't in the cards this time around.

Guess what?

No putting my name on the list. My attempt to buy a ticket failed again. What I'm concerned about is that the available credit I put on my credit card to cover this has gone yet Creation have rejected my credit card payment. So the question is, where is my $550 CAD? (the web page details show the available credit which is updated immediately) I have to wait for my statement to update to see the details, takes 2 days for the transaction to turn up on it so hopefully I can find out what happened tomorrow.

I sure hope it shows where that money went and if Creation took it, why did their system reject my card?

They have been helpful in trying to answer my questions but it still doesn't solve the problem of my payments being rejected every time even though I had the money available, and that's with trying a different card each time!

It sounds to me like it's something wrong with their system. They didn't offer to sort it out over the phone? If you haven't called them, that would be my next step.

Same thing happened to me which is why we missed out on gold tickets, after emailing creation they told me the bank essentially ringfences the money for 2-3 days before realising creation arent going to take it, so in 2-3 days it should stop showing as being gone and you should be able to try again.

LOL! Seems it might help given the numbers who fall in love with this place! You will have to add your helpful information about fitting into the Canadian way of life!

Things like......how Canadians make a log last the whole winter......


They climb upstairs, throw it out the window, go back down and go out and collect it from the yard and repeat the process. Keeps them nice and warm.

When I went to buy my ticket it was rejected. I could not get ahold of the credit card company to see what happened so before trying with another credit card, I called the company and told them that I would be making a purchase online with Creation Entertainment and that the company is located in Calif. She said that it was a good thing that I called because the charge would of been tagged for a fraud alert because I am located in Tx. The charge went through without any problems. Whee a little long winded there. Hope this helps.
