    Yoy mean this pic: http://www.scifi.com/getinthegate/comp.jpg

Well It's easy, you have to need two pictures in different layers, one on the left and the other on the right. You will use the layer you have first. Select "eraser tool" with a round brush, a blur border (this is important) and make it big, like 150 px and flow :10 -15 %. Then rub the border of the top picture gradually until you get what you want...

Hope this help you cos it's difficult to me explain this in english

If you have another question just ask

Thanks SNY, that's been a great help! But I have another question! How can I use the eraser tool in a straight line, say from two points diagonal from each other? My hand is pretty unsteady...

Well, if the line is wide you can use the "rectangular marquee tool" to get a straight line and then press the key "supr"

Positively Kanyon there is a thinkg in PS called MASKING.....go to Layer Menu, Mask, and Hide All. Then go and chosse Gradient Tool, choose back to white....or black foregorund, white background, and clikc on the left and drag to the right play with that.

ps wrote by the memory, so there might be some mistakes, don't have PS installed atm

I mainly use Photoshop 7, but I've started learning Illustrator and InDesign at work... Illustrator is a very good program, uses vector graphics. InDesign is a pain in the ass to use.

I'm still learning, but I'd probably have an intermediate knowledge of Photoshop and basic knowledge of Illustrator and InDesign. Is anyone going to post more wallpaper?

Geocities can suck a fat hairy one! Did you do the usual copy and paste the address into your browser cause that usually works. I need to start looking for a new server to host my wallpapers.
