it was 701 for super cheap economy or 885 for economy plus, so the extra money is worth not being crammed in like sardines

and we booked our b&b for nottingham, so the last big expense is the train fro london to nottingham and back

You can usually get a decent group price on midland mainline from St. Pancras to Nottingham.

Whilst you're there, the caves are fairly interesting (or they were when I went) and Britain's oldest pub is supposedly in the city (though I'm dubious as to whether the claim is true or not).

The castle grounds are pretty but I've never actually checked out the Tales of Robin Hood, so I can't really tell you if it's worth a visit or not, I'm afraid.

We've got a few bits, like the National Ice Centre and a Hard Rock Café, but really, Nottingham's not super touristy like London. I love the shopping up there though.

And the football. Nottingham Forest - the best football team in the history of ever!

I believe last year (or rather the year before last!) we all worked out our porn star names and attached them to our photos.

I seem to remember being high on gin and blue jello and whizzing round the room going, "Amanda's my porn star sister!"
