we already know that Nicole's a great actress, I'm expecting the same from everyone else

well they're wrong. TBTB had said several times that they introduced the female team in order to achieve a balance between the genders on show, especially since Sam left in S&R

And no matter how may times that point is made it still doesn't get through, hopefully the ep itself will be all the evidence needed when we actually see what these characters are like and how the actress' portray them.
