The Woolsey transition should be interesting as well. I think Carson is going to give a warm feeling this season to those who want to keep the classic feel of SGA.

I'm more interested in the subplot. Don't get me wrong, Keller being attacked by a cocoon will be interesting but I want to see Woosley adjust to his leadership position

IIRC spoilers suggest there will be conflict, especially between Woolsey and Teyla (probably because of Kanaan)
