Gosh, that sneak peek in Joe's SciFi.com Q&A video was great. I just hope we won't be disappointed after seeing all the many spoilery plots, shots and clips that have come out already!

Here are two things I've been mulling over recently:
    Spoiler:

It's about time we see some special mention/use of Shep's ATA gene. How much "blood-letting" should we expect?!

Wonder if this is during his first (failed) escape attempt?

I must admit that did make me smile! Of course, we know from previous spoilers all those things Joe mentioned already!

I agree about the mention of the ATA gene. That's been seriously underdeveloped storyline wise. How much blood-letting? I expect just a test tube full?

              Where'd this come from?
Never, never, never believe any war will be smooth or easy...

... or that any man can measure the tides and hurricanes he will
              encounter on the strange journey.

              Spoiler:

              2 Cor. 10:3-5
3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds; )
              5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

It has been floating around for a few months, especially in the Shep Whumpers thread. It is probably an official picture that accidentally got out into the public internet. The date of the picture (April 10 or 11?) is when Travelers was being shot and people who went on the Creation Con set tour remember this set as being from Travelers.

I'm sure one of the Shep Whumpers will correct any inaccurate info I have given you.

Unfortunately for the Shep Whumpers who were thinking this ep might have more whump than Doppelganger, JM wrote this on his Blog today:
MenNuniform writes: “Which has more Shep whump, Doppelganger or Travelers?”

Answer: In my opinion - Doppelganger.
Maybe Joe is not including "bloody" whump from cuts and bruises that Sheppard will get in Travelers? You whumpers can look forward to that at least!

Travellers ships and their Ancient ship:

                      Spoiler:
Beware - Wild Speculation Ahead :
I'm starting to wonder if the Travelers have TWO Ancient warships. One the Aurora-class that is in the second photo above and another one that needs someone with the ATA gene to activate. I don't think the Aurora-class ships need a person with the ATA gene to operate it as was shown in No Man's Land. The picture below (from the season recap/preview video on YouTube) might be of a bigger ship as was describe by early spoilers as an Ancient Battleship. This ship may have the control chair Sheppard is in as shown in the Comic-Con trailer.
                      Spoiler:

The Aurora-class ship might be an escort for all the other Travelers' ships, but the other ship they may not have been able to activate it as of yet. That is why they want Sheppard. We will find out in 14 days and 21.5 hours.

I dont think that Joe really gets whump...so I am still looking forward to the 'bloody' whump we are going to get - it looks fab!

The Aurora-class ship in No Man's Land was commanded by Lorne (i.e. he was in the captain's chair) and he does have the ATA gene.

OK, then why does Zelenka have to fire the drones? Lorne says to Caldwell over the radio something like I know sir, I gave the order... and then he gets out of the chair and is standing next to Zelenka when the drones are fired. I know Zelenka was transfering power from shields to weapons, but I don't think Lorne had to be in the Captain's chair to fire. I have only seen the episode twice, so I could be wrong.

I dunno. I was just offering the thought out for consideration...
