And yes, still I have no shame.
What would you rate it as?
as to the Shep Whump question
Spoiler:yes, when he is suffocating due to the lack of atmosphere, and loosing consciousness, he is stumbling to safety (you assume) only to be tackled from behind by the boss-wraith. Wraith pummels him until our strapping hero pulls out his side arm and knocks a few holes in to our boss-wraith. sheppy then gets up, only to collapse, gasping for air like a fish out of water, and slowly tries to slide his way to some semblance of safety. and there are a few very team whump moments when Rodney is told to vent the atmosphere then thinks Shep is dead.
also, the Teal'c/Ronan fight
Spoiler:excellent. I'd rate it as epic. sheppy is taking bets, and there is this cute part where he has a wad of cash in different currency, and he looks at chuck's wad and starts changing out the currency. He grabs some Yen and maybe some Euro? and hands Chuck the "undesirable" currency. Also kind of cute is the school boy way he reacts when Carter breaks it up.
At the end there is a cute Ronan/Shep moment. Shep is sitting in the cockpit, headset on, music turned up. He didn't hear the hail. Ronan goes to wake him, Shep keeps batting him away. Ronan even, I think pulls on his nose or something and shep finally jumps awake. Shouts, THANK GOD! I almost shot myself with a stunner to get away from those guys. oh, and Cavanagh faints! hahaha!
Hope this answers your question Pegasus!

What an amazing episode! Very cool. Thanks for the info everyone. So how do Ronon and Teal'c take out all the Wraith in the SGC exactly? Any hints during the episode that the Midway space station would be rebuilt? And didn't the dialing screens in "Adrift" indicate that there's an iris on the gates in the Midway space station or was that forgotten about?

Fantastic episode. "Midway" and "BAMSR" are easily the best of the season so far. Teal'c and Ronon are everything I'd hoped.
It's nice to have another face to go with the I.O.A. in Mr. Coolidge.
The "previously on" is McKay's extended explanation of the Gate Bridge from "The Return, Part 1," but with one added line of dialogue that wasn't in that episode: McKay states that the system is completely secure, so there is no need for gate shields or irises. Heh ... yeah.
Kavanagh was as infuriating as ever, but really Lee and McKay should have taken a second to respond to his suggestion before he turned around and accidentally blew up the station. They should have known he'd turn around and doing such a very Kavanagh thing.
Ronon's final interaction with Sheppard was awesome. Really, finally shows that the two have become great friends.
Poor Midway ... we hardly knew ye. Poor, poor Midway ...
