That has to wait for season 5. Maybe that's the storyline they scrapped. Remember, JM said only one of the team facing parenthood. Plans changed for Teyla's pregnancy.

Damn! I'd love to see the look on his face, and Carters and John's reaction. Mabey the reveal has something to do with the Asurans and Wraith. It was said that they (the Lantians) were trying to create a weapon against the Wraith but what if the Asurans were the ones responsible in sending the Wraith to Atlantis in the first seige?

Here's a Really crazy speculation:
niam is back ! muahahah ! the reason for that guess is that we all saw the oberoth replicated himself before\after the explosion (or whatever..) and appeard to us in "first strike", so maybe niam did so to ?
and then niam fools them to be a good person now and that he is no longer connected to his replicator-brothers with his sub-space communication thing that only the replicators have, and then they take him back to atlantis, and he destroys their Z.P.M'S and naquadda Generators and makes them vaulnerble (spelling) to attackes, which later on causes their destruction and the destruction of Atlantis.
and from that time on...... we never heard from them again.
